To generate and deliver your BaZi reading, we collect: birth date, birth time, birth city, your name (if provided), your email address, payment-related identifiers (via our payment processor), and basic analytics data (page views, device type, campaign source — never your birth data or name).
Birth data is used solely to calculate and generate your chart and reports. Your email is used to deliver your reading and, only if you opt in separately, occasional marketing emails. Payment identifiers are used to confirm and fulfill your order. Analytics data helps us understand which pages and campaigns are working.
Report data linked to a delivery token is retained for up to 7 days to support redelivery, then deleted. Email records are retained until you request deletion or unsubscribe.
